About this blog

  • I am not giving myself a time limit for completing this challenge, but will be aiming to cook three or four recipes each week at the least. Any more will be a bonus!
  • I will post pictures of everything I make. I will also provide links for the recipes that have featured in the Lifestyle Food television series of the same name, but I am not putting recipes on the blog. If you find that you like the look of a lot of the recipes, then invest in the cookbook, you will not regret it!
  • All my blog posts' names will be the same as the recipe that I have cooked.
  • I am cooking the meals for my family (myself, my husband Steve, and my two young boys - Josh aged 3 and Ethan aged 10 months). Occasionally there may be ingredients in one of the recipes that some of them won't or can't eat, so i may swap these ingredients for something similar that they will!
  • Occasionally I might not be able to source some of the ingredients in the cookbook, so if this happens I will substitute it for something similar.
